Boulder Lodge on Ghost Lake is a quaint little resort loacated 22 miles east of Hayward, in the midst of the Chequamegon National Forest. We offer three charming cabins, daily and seasonal campsites, bar & grill, swimming beach/boat launch, boat rentals and spacious grounds to roam around.
We are open year round and are next to hiking, biking, and cross country ski and snomobile trials.
Boulder Lodge is one of the oldest resorts in the area. It began as a logging camp back in the late 1800's then became a resort in 1905. The lodge is over 100 years old and although it has been updated, it still has it's original charm.
Ghost Lake is a Class A Musky lake and is one of the three ''Quiet Lakes'' of Northern Wisconsin. It has a speed limit of 10 mph. The lake is completely surrounded by national forest so it is very preserved and pristine. It is a great canoeing and kayaking lake.
