Hayward Health Services takes pride in the quality, compassionate care that we provide. Our skilled nursing facility is located in Hayward, WI, with access to Hayward Area Memorial Hospital. In addition to offering long-term nursing care, we offer short-term rehabilitation because we know how important it is to return home as quickly as possible after an illness, injury or surgery. Our patients are encouraged to enjoy the outdoors near the babbling stream in our backyard or take a stroll in our beautiful flower garden. We also offer a variety of activities, such as outings to local shopping establishments, restaurants and events.
