The Whistle Punk

The Whistle Punk is a destination oasis for craft beer, excellent coffee, and quality baked goods.

The business was originally started as a family venture with sisters Ashley Beatty & Linsey Carey and their husbands Ian Finch and Matt Carey. In August of 2022, Linsey and Matt moved on to pursue other ventures, making Ashley and Ian the sole owners.

Ashley and Ian each have years of experience working in multiple facets of the craft beer industry. Ian is a Certified Cicerone®, an industry certified beer tasting expert. Ashley has spent the better part of her life in the hospitality industry, and worked for a handful of breweries while living in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area.

Check out our tap list for our constantly rotating selection of top quality craft beers. We source our high quality coffees from Duluth Coffee Company, one of the most respected and talented coffee roasters in our region. We make distinctive, fun, and classic espresso drinks. We are also the first in the region to feature nitro cold brewed coffee on tap!

We come from small business owning families that are highly active in our communities. Our passion is to put our skills and knowledge to use to provide a delicious community asset in the Town of Stone Lake. We look forward to helping you ''wet your whistle''!
